About Me
I’m an experienced charity sector leader with nearly two decades working across frontline, policy and leadership roles in the VAWG and LGBTQ+ sectors, including Rape Crisis, Women’s Aid and Galop (the national LGBT+ anti abuse charity). I help charities, small and large, to grow stronger, more sustainable, and more equitable - from improving service delivery to developing strategy, funding, and governance. Having been a charity CEO myself, I understand the challenges of leadership and work alongside leaders to build confidence, clarity, and capacity. Rooted in social justice and collaboration, my work focuses on helping organisations and their people to thrive and create lasting impact.

With experience leading values-driven organisations of all sizes, I provide strategic support across planning, fundraising, governance, and monitoring & evaluation. I also step in as interim CEO to guide organisations through change, growth, or transition.
Leadership Coaching & Mentoring
I understand what it’s like to lead a social justice charity. I offer coaching and mentoring for leaders at all stages - particularly those stepping into leadership for the first time - helping them build confidence, balance passion with wellbeing, and lead with purpose. My support is flexible, ranging from monthly coaching sessions to longer-term, dedicated mentoring programmes.
Gender Justice & LGBTQ Rights
I am a trusted voice in the VAWG and LGBTQ+ sectors, with nearly two decades of experience driving legislative and policy change. As a national expert in gender inequity and gender-based violence, particularly the needs of LGBTQ+ survivors, I help organisations create more diverse, inclusive and anti-oppressive services and workplaces while supporting them to lead systemic change.
